1. Introduction

747bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 747bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. 747bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 747bet immediately via the support contact provided on the platform.

747bet employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. 747bet may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 747bet platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 747bet may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 747bet platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 747bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 747bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with 747bet employees.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for wagering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 747bet platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of 747bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 747bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 747bet platform without the prior written consent of 747bet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

747bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 747bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

747bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 747bet will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

747bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

747bet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. 11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination

747bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's financial institution.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR requiring account closure.
• The player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals that have passed KYC verification and are not subject to an active investigation will be processed to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of this Agreement may be forfeited at 747bet's discretion.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 747bet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaints process, as 747bet operates under PAGCOR's licensing and oversight framework.

14. Amendments to These Terms

747bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 747bet will notify registered players via the platform's notification system or by email to the registered address on file.
